How can I place an order for an Olove Cake and/or Olove Bouquet?
It's easy! Just place your order via our website. At checkout, you can select a delivery or pickup date. You also have the option to include a custom message for your handwritten Olove Cakes postcard. 

How soon can I receive my order? 
We offer next-day delivery for all orders being delivered in the Greater Montreal Region. Orders must be made before 9pm to qualify. 

When will my order arrive?
We usually deliver between 8am and 7pm. If your cake did not arrive during time frame, please send us a DM or email us at info@olovecakes.com, we could be experiencing a slight delay. 

When can I pickup my order?
We're flexible! We will send you a message on your pickup date to plan a pickup time. If you are in need of a specific time please send us a DM or email us at info@olovecakes.com, we will do our best to accommodate! 

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the Greater Montreal Region (i.e. Downtown, Laval, West Island, etc).

Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Orders are non-refundable, including delivery fees.

Are there allergens?
Our cakes may contain traces of nuts, soy, and other allergens. 

What does olive oil cake taste like?
All our cakes are light, tender, subtly sweet and have a distinct olive oil flavour. 

Can I request a delivery time?
As long as your request is sent 2-3 days prior to your delivery date, we may be able to accommodate your request.
